Retail Returns & Exchanges


Each one of our designs are hand-finished and undergo various stages of quality control before we ship them to you. As a small crew, we thrive in your satisfaction. Photos and videos on our website may have slight variance to products received. While we ask that you appreciate the nuance in hand-crafted jewelry, we consider and make room for the changing mind.

We accept retail returns or exchanges on eligible designs purchased through our website within 18 days after your order has been shipped.
The returned item must be unworn and in original condition and packaging.
Some designs are not eligible for retail return. These designs include custom work as well as body jewelry such as our threadless ends and clickers.
If you need a ring re-sized, please email us at Re-sizing fee may be required.


Please be advised that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the jewelry that was received was the wrong item or if the item was damaged upon receiving. Please include a photo.

We reserve the right of discretion; If we discover that the returned item has been worn or damaged outside of our manufacturers warranty we may reject the item at the return-shipping cost of the client.
